Estate Solutions | Personal Property Appraisals

A private house for collectors, estates, and the families who steward them.
Founded in 2017 by Gabriel Echeverry, ARGENT draws on nearly two decades of experience in the art and antique markets — built across auction floors, private dealerships, and the quiet rooms where significant collections change hands.
Gabriel previously co-owned Dallas Auction Gallery, one of the most respected houses in the South, and led record-breaking sales as Director of Luxury Estates at Vogt Auction in San Antonio. Today, ARGENT serves high-net-worth clients across Texas and beyond — with the same standard of care, regardless of the size of the consignment.
All appraisals are written in compliance with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP).
Three disciplines, one standard of care.
Appraisal
Independent, USPAP-compliant appraisals prepared for insurance, charitable donation, estate planning, divorce settlements, property distribution, and tax purposes. Our team specializes in fine art, decorative art, sculpture, silver, jewelry, household contents, antiques, luxury goods, and beyond — written with the rigor a courtroom demands and the discretion a family deserves
Collection Management
A well-documented collection is a protected one. We oversee and organize private holdings on behalf of individual collectors, galleries, and museums — inventoried and cataloged with the attention to detail that long-term value preservation requires. The work is patient, ongoing, and quiet by nature.
Consultation
Two decades of relationships across the global art market — and a reputation for facilitating the acquisition and divestment of high-quality works across periods and media. From private sales to auctions, we handle each transaction with discretion, integrity, and care.

Argent operates by relationship, not by transaction. Most of our clients come through referral; many remain with us across decades and generations.
We work quietly, we work thoroughly, and we work only with those for whom we can do our best.
A few questions, answered honestly.
An appraisal serves a number of purposes — insurance, estate planning, charitable donation, divorce settlements, and tax matters among them. The value of any single document depends entirely on the qualifications of the appraiser behind it. Hiring a trained, credentialed professional is what ensures your items are valued accurately and your appraisal will hold up to scrutiny.
